DynaStruct (Pty) Ltd

Privacy Notice

How we use information when you visit this website or contact us about technical support.

Who handles your information

DynaStruct (Pty) Ltd, based in North West, South Africa, is responsible for the information it collects through this website. For privacy questions or requests, email info@dynastruct.co.za.

Information you provide

The enquiry form requests your name, organisation, email address or telephone number, service interest, industry context, a brief description and timing. It also records whether you have supporting information available, your acknowledgement of this notice and the enquiry page. Providing a name, a response route and a brief is necessary for us to respond; other enquiry fields are optional. Campaign labels present in the enquiry page URL may accompany your enquiry. This form does not accept file uploads.

Why we use it

We use your details to respond, understand your requirement, clarify scope and maintain relevant business correspondence. The form does not subscribe you to marketing or send your details to an advertising service. Please do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential project files in an initial enquiry.

Where the enquiry goes

The website sends a validated enquiry over an encrypted SMTP connection to info@dynastruct.co.za through our existing Professional Email service. Our email provider processes and stores the message to provide email services. DynaStruct may reply using your email address or telephone number. An SMTP acceptance confirms transfer to the email service; it does not guarantee immediate inbox delivery.

Hosting and abuse prevention

The website is hosted by xneelo in South Africa. Hosting security and access logs may record IP addresses, requested paths, request times and browser information. The enquiry receiver uses a secret-keyed hash of the connecting IP address, request timestamps and one-use submission identifiers to limit automated or repeated submissions. It does not write the enquiry content to its rate-limit files. These short-lived records expire after 15 minutes and are removed during subsequent requests.

Retention and backups

We retain enquiry correspondence while needed to respond, manage an agreed service or meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We review correspondence and remove it when it is no longer needed for these purposes. Hosting and email providers operate their own service logs and backup retention cycles; deletion from the active service may take longer to reach expiring backups. Access to correspondence and configuration is limited to people who need it for the service.

Cookies, analytics and external services

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, third-party fonts or enquiry cookies. Email, telephone and WhatsApp links open an external application only when you select them; that service then applies its own privacy practices. An enquiry is not submitted simply by following one of these links.

Your choices and rights

You may contact us to request access to personal information we hold about you, correction of inaccurate information or deletion where applicable. You may object to processing where the law provides that right. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. You can also raise a concern with South Africa’s Information Regulator.

Security and unsuccessful submissions

We use encrypted connections, server validation and access controls. If a form submission fails or cannot be confirmed, the page tells you to use the displayed email or telephone contact. No system can guarantee absolute security. Send only information appropriate for an initial enquiry.

Notice prepared for the production website on 2 October 2026. Changes to the website’s processing will be reflected here.
